For your convenience we offer various shipping methods. The cost of shipping is based on the number of items being shipped and is calculated automatically by the shopping cart. Delivery standards are based on most metropolitan cities. We ship within 5 business days of the order being placed. We will attempt to notify you if your shipment may be delayed. Electronic products (i.e. books, internet subscriptions) ship via e-mail upon receipt of the order.
In accordance with applicable laws, Fire 'n Idea (producers of The Hockey Source) currently collects GST (Goods and Services Tax) on all sales. This Tax is applied to the total amount of the order. It is displayed as GST. For shipping within Ontario , we will collect PST (Provincial Sales Tax). This is applied to the amount of the order (not including GST).

The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
